iiYoga™ is safe, effective, and can be done hourly, daily, or weekly as a balanced and easy-to-learn system to help people release negative patterns that create blocking, sabotaging experiences.

iiYoga™ is faster and more effective than NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), available to a wider client population than EMDR, and is vaster and more complete than EFT.

iiYoga™ is available to all populations of people who suffer from various dysfunctions, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, etc, where systems like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) are only available through professional and more client restricted protocols.

iiYoga™ is even easier to practice and more relaxing than EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), as iiYoga™ techniques can be practiced during exercise, workouts, regular walking, jumping, running or any other activity where focus and relaxation of the body can assist in performing better.
